1961 North Borneo One Cent Varieties
Not reported in the ISC catalogue but there are three known (so far, hopefully there's more) varieties in the 1961 definitive series. The 1 cent stamp that features the Sambar stag, locally known as 'Payau' has a dot flaw at position R3/3 described as a dot flaw in the letter 'R' of BORNEO.
